Tailor – Garment Construction & Alterations

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Tailor to join our fashion production team in Lagos. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality garments from pattern to finished product, ensuring perfect fit and finish for each piece.

Key responsibilities

• Cut fabric accurately according to patterns, measurements and design specifications.
• Sew garments, including stitching, hemming, installing zippers, buttons and other trims.
• Take precise body measurements and adjust patterns to achieve optimal garment fitting.
• Perform alterations and adjustments as required by clients or production needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation and care for sewing machines.
• Minimize fabric waste and ensure efficient material usage.
• Meet production deadlines and quality standards for each order.
• Collaborate with the production team to resolve fitting or construction issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of practical tailoring experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliability, punctuality and a solid work ethic.
• Ability to commute to Badore, Ajah area.
