Supermarket Sales Attendant (Full‑Time)

About the role

Recore Limited is looking for a reliable and customer‑focused Sales Attendant to join its supermarket team in Isheri, Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping them find products, maintain a tidy store environment, and support daily retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously, answer queries and assist with purchases.
• Arrange, label and restock merchandise on shelves.
• Monitor product expiry dates and report damaged or expired items.
• Keep the store clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Guide customers to product locations and handle pricing displays.
• Support stock‑taking, inventory checks and report shortages.
• Operate the POS system and cash register when required.
• Escalate customer complaints or suspicious activities to management.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or OND qualification.
• Previous experience in a supermarket or retail setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Honest, punctual and responsible.
