Studio Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Studio Manager to run daily operations of our creative studio. The role combines production logistics, client service and revenue optimisation to ensure every session runs smoothly and delivers lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations, including scheduling, bookings and session coordination.
• Maintain studio readiness, keeping all spaces organized, functional and client‑ready.
• Coordinate production logistics for shoots, recordings and internal projects.
• Manage studio equipment, ensuring proper usage, maintenance and storage.
• Supervise assistants, interns and technical crew, driving accountability and performance.
• Prepare and test all technical setups (audio, lighting, camera) before each session.
• Serve as the primary client contact during sessions, delivering a professional experience.
• Enforce studio policies, safety standards and operational procedures.
• Track studio usage, inventory and performance metrics.
• Drive revenue by optimising bookings, maximizing capacity and recommending add‑on services.
• Support inbound inquiries and collaborate with Business Development to convert leads.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in studio operations, hospitality management, production coordination or a similar media‑creative environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Media or related field.
• Strong communication and client‑service abilities.
• Proven leadership and project‑management skills.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue generation.
• Solid understanding of studio workflows and production processes.
