Strategy & Customer Solutions Associate/Senior

About the role

KPMG Nigeria is seeking an Associate or Senior professional to join its Strategy practice. The role involves working with clients across sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, technology, oil & gas, FMCG, and the public sector to address complex strategic and operational challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyse market, strategic, operational and organisational issues.
• Develop business cases and implementation plans that support successful project delivery.
• Lead work‑streams and manage small teams on engagements as required.
• Prepare and present client deliverables, including insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate client workshops and communicate findings clearly.
• Support business development activities and nurture client relationships.
• Contribute to thought‑leadership and knowledge‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Second Class Upper degree (minimum); a Master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience in strategy, customer experience, digital or operational transformation, financial management or HR.
• Strong analytical and structured‑thinking abilities, with a creative problem‑solving mindset.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
