Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will lead daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent performance of staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain proper merchandising and a clean, organized store.
• Supervise cash handling procedures and ensure accountability.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in retail store management or supervisory role.
• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and basic computer applications.
• Experience in fashion or retail industry is an advantage.
