Spa Therapist

About the role

We are looking for a professional Spa Therapist to join our medical spa in Lagos. You will deliver a range of facial and massage treatments while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform various facial treatments with proper technique and professionalism.
• Deliver massage therapies, adhering to best practice standards.
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs, preferences, allergies and contraindications.
• Provide after‑care advice and recommend suitable skincare products.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation and infection‑control standards in treatment rooms.
• Keep accurate client records and document products used.
• Monitor product inventory and report low stock to management.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate serious issues.
• Collaborate with team members and attend required meetings and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of solid experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Strong practical experience in facial and massage treatments.
• Previous work in a spa, aesthetic clinic or medical spa.
• Relevant certificate/qualification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology or Spa Therapy.
• Resides in Lagos or its environs.
• Professional appearance, excellent hygiene and good communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, client‑focused and a team player.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
• Temporary accommodation provided Monday‑Saturday evenings.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 9 am‑6 pm.
