Spa Therapist (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team in Lagos. You will provide a range of high‑quality spa services while ensuring client comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional spa treatments such as facials, body massages, body scrubs, waxing, manicure and pedicure.
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate skincare and wellness services.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring strict hygiene and infection‑control standards.
• Educate clients on procedures, after‑care and product usage.
• Monitor product inventory and report low stock.
• Participate in creating approved photo and video content for social‑media platforms.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Required profile

• OND (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Spa Therapy or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or Beauty Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of facial and body treatment techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance with high standards of personal hygiene.
• Good customer service and sales aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
