About the role
Kaldi Africa Ltd. is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead its online presence in Lagos. The role focuses on developing strategic social media plans, creating engaging content, and driving community interaction to support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop long‑term social media goals, content calendars, and campaign schedules aligned with company objectives.
- Produce or oversee graphics, videos, photos, and copy tailored to each platform’s tone.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and customer service inquiries.
- Track performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage social media advertising budgets and execute targeted promotional campaigns.
- Monitor emerging internet trends and platform algorithm changes to maximize content visibility.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar social media role.
