Social Media Manager

About the role

ForeFather Forge Ltd (brand Forefada) is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its team in Gwarinpa, Nigeria. You will be responsible for building brand awareness and fostering community engagement across the company’s social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule content for major social platforms.
• Manage daily posts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
• Monitor trends, optimise content for reach and conversion, and run social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong social media marketing and SMO experience managing brand accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience in content strategy and planning editorial calendars.
• Proven community‑management skills and professional handling of feedback.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent experience.
