About the role

The Social Media & Digital Growth Manager will lead King Lala Enterprise’s online presence, crafting data‑driven strategies that boost brand visibility and drive revenue. Working in a hybrid setting in Lagos, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to turn audience engagement into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑focused social media strategies across major platforms.
• Create high‑impact, conversion‑oriented content and copy.
• Grow and nurture online communities, increasing follower counts and engagement rates.
• Manage the social inbox, responding to customer inquiries promptly.
• Design and run paid social campaigns to generate leads and sales.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce reports, and continuously optimise tactics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media accounts.
• Proven track record of audience growth and sales generation.
• Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Experience planning and executing social media advertising campaigns.
