Social Media / Content Creator

About the role

Urban Hilt is looking for a creative Social Media & Content Creator to showcase its sneaker and fashion collections across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for producing daily visual content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging photos and short‑form videos of footwear and fashion products.
• Develop and publish content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, WhatsApp and other relevant channels.
• Maintain a daily posting schedule, including stories and updates.
• Stay current with social media trends and identify viral content opportunities.
• Shoot, edit and deliver high‑quality short‑form videos.
• Respond to comments, enquiries and direct messages to foster community interaction.
• Produce at least 10 product‑focused pieces of content each day.
• Collaborate with the team on creative campaigns and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in social media management, content creation or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp.
• Proven ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas daily.
• Creative, energetic and target‑driven personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fashion, footwear or retail is a plus.
