Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Vision Career is looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging multimedia for its real‑estate brand. You will craft posts, videos and graphics that capture audience attention across multiple platforms while supporting marketing and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, shoot, edit and publish videos, reels, graphics and other multimedia for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives and campaign schedules.
• Write compelling captions, headlines and social copy that reflect the brand voice.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates and incorporate fresh ideas into content strategies.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote products, services, campaigns and events.
• Track performance metrics, generate regular reports and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years).
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and best‑practice content guidelines.
• Excellent writing, communication and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
