Senior Traffic Manager

About the role

The Senior Traffic Manager oversees the flow of work across creative, account, digital, production, and media teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This full‑time, hybrid position is based in Lagos State, Nigeria, with a mix of on‑site and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Review briefs, assign tasks, set timelines and maintain production schedules for multiple campaigns.
• Monitor resource allocation, track project status, flag risks and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure smooth hand‑offs.
• Support process improvement, enforce agency workflows, quality standards and efficient tool usage.
• Maintain accurate dashboards and reports to provide visibility on project progress.

Required profile

• Strong project and workflow management experience in an advertising or marketing agency.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with traffic or operations functions, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Lagos, with occasional on‑site presence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Asana or Jira.
• Advanced use of spreadsheets and dashboards for tracking and reporting.
