Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer will lead the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies for property offerings, aiming to increase sales volume and strengthen the brand’s presence in the Lagos market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement effective marketing and sales plans to drive property sales.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals and market prospecting.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into buyers and investors.
• Conduct property inspections and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and keep accurate records of client interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors and corporate partners.
• Negotiate sales agreements and facilitate property transactions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run promotional campaigns and property advertisements.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Ensure excellent customer service before, during and after transactions.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and industry engagements.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar marketing or sales role.
