Senior Manager, People and Performance

About the role

ISN Medical is seeking a Senior Manager, People and Performance to lead organisational effectiveness across its Lagos operations. You will design and execute people and performance strategies that boost leadership capability, employee productivity, engagement and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to build a high‑performing workforce through structured performance management and talent development.
• Design, implement and monitor performance frameworks such as KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, appraisal cycles and improvement plans.
• Lead leadership development, succession planning and high‑potential employee programmes.
• Drive employee engagement, culture transformation and change‑management initiatives.
• Provide data‑driven insights using HRIS and people‑analytics tools to support senior decision‑making.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures and feedback systems that improve accountability and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or related field (minimum 2:1).
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP, HRCI‑PHR/SPHR) required or strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or HR Business Partner/leadership role.
• Proven experience in performance management, talent management, organisational development and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian and international labour laws, disciplinary procedures and workplace investigations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills at senior‑leadership level.
