Senior Graphics Designer

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking a Senior Graphics Designer to lead high‑visibility design projects across editorial, brand systems, and promotional campaigns. You will own end‑to‑end execution, collaborate closely with an assigned stakeholder group, and help raise the design craft within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex design work for case studies, reports, feature content, brand identity, templates, and event applications.
• Develop promotional and campaign assets for social media, product launches, and conversion‑focused initiatives.
• Provide creative ownership for an assigned Creative Duo (e.g., Internal Communications & Employer Brand or External Communications).
• Mentor peers, set craft standards, and give/receive feedback within the design pod.
• Scope, design, and deliver projects independently while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Flag capacity constraints to the Design Lead and contribute to the evolution of the brand design system.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience in brand or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial design, brand systems, and promotional work.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships directly.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy within a clear framework.
