Senior Finance Analyst – Category (West Africa)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Senior Finance Analyst supporting the Category Finance team for West Africa. You will ensure financial integrity, drive performance analysis, and collaborate across functions to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute finance planning, forecasting, and performance management for the region.
• Collect, validate, and maintain financial data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare and analyse P&L statements, month‑end close, rolling forecasts, marketing spend, and OIE for Sub‑Saharan Africa.
• Support senior finance leadership with ad‑hoc analyses, projects, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver regional submissions and ensure compliance with policies.

Required profile

• Strong desire to accelerate your finance career.
• Experience in financial analysis and data structuring within a regional or sizable local business.
• Good business acumen of the consumer packaged goods sector and local snacking market.
• Leadership, collaboration and communication skills within a finance team.
