Senior Associate – External Audit (FSIP)

About the role

PWC Lagos is seeking a Senior Associate to join its External Audit practice. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from fast‑growing businesses to large, internationally recognised brands, delivering assurance services that enhance corporate governance and information reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, mentor and evaluate audit engagement teams on financial audits of financial services companies, applying International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Drive accounting advisory and other assurance engagements, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison between the firm and clients, building strong professional relationships.
• Exercise sound judgment in assessing engagement risks, designing audit procedures and evaluating results.
• Utilise technology and analytical tools to focus on high‑value audit areas.
