Senior Accounts Manager

About the role

Volition Cap is seeking a Senior Accounts Manager who combines precise number‑crunching with strategic insight. You will lead the preparation of Management Accounts, oversee cash‑flow management and support corporate financial strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a holistic financial dashboard and provide source data for Management Accounts and QuickBooks entries.
• Ensure all QuickBooks entries, Management Accounts and audited statements are traceable to verifiable source figures.
• Assist with documentation and support for offshore payments to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, payment platforms and investment partners.
• Design and implement cost‑reduction and profitability‑enhancing strategies.
• Complete the accounts section of quarterly SEC filings.
• Oversee shared‑cost records and invoices across group companies.
• Supervise the work of the Accounts Associate to guarantee accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• At least 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial‑statement preparation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Experience with SEC filings and compliance is a strong advantage.
