SAP SF PMGM Sr. Consultant

About the role

Dangote Petroleum & Petrochemicals is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) within its SAP Delivery Centre. The role will drive end‑to‑end talent management transformations, ensuring performance processes, goal alignment and integration with broader HR modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with HR, L&D and business stakeholders to capture current performance and goal‑setting processes.
• Analyse business requirements, identify gaps and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design, configure and implement PMGM components such as goal templates, performance review forms, 360‑degree feedback, competency integration and complex routing workflows.
• Configure role‑based permissions and security settings to meet compliance standards.
• Define integration points between PMGM and other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Succession) using standard connectors, Integration Center or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Support data migration strategies and ensure seamless data flow between HRIS, payroll and SuccessFactors.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience (96 months) in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementations.
• Certified SAP SuccessFactors consultant with a strong functional and technical background.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, conduct workshops and deliver complex configuration projects.
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with HR processes and talent management best practices.
