Salon Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Salon Manager to lead our vibrant salon located in Omole Phase 1, Ojodu Berger, Lagos. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and fostering a motivated team of hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Manage, mentor, and support hairstylists, beauticians, and other salon personnel.
• Schedule staff shifts, monitor attendance, and handle leave requests.
• Oversee inventory management, ordering of products, and control of salon expenses.
• Implement health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
• Monitor customer feedback, resolve complaints, and drive initiatives to improve client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a salon manager (minimum 12 months).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of salon operations, product usage, and customer care.
• Ability to manage staff schedules, inventory, and budgeting.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000.
