Salesforce Specialist – Intermediate to Consultant

About the role

We are looking for experienced Salesforce professionals to join our enterprise‑scale technology team. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across multiple platforms while collaborating closely with product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate advanced Salesforce applications, APIs, and automation workflows.
• Manage DevOps pipelines, deployment processes, and release validation activities.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and secure configuration of Salesforce environments.
• Maintain technical documentation, release artefacts, and operational procedures.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and root‑cause analysis within enterprise governance frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field (post‑graduate degree or certifications a plus).
• 7–15+ years of experience in enterprise‑scale IT environments, with completed NYSC.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
