Sales Representative (Outdoor)

About the role

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and target‑driven Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and drive sales of our HR consulting services. The role involves prospecting for clients, making sales calls, attending meetings, presenting services, following up on leads, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential individual and corporate clients.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, field sales, and other channels.
• Present and promote the company's HR consulting services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Follow up consistently on leads and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Work towards achieving a ₦3,000,000 monthly sales target and provide regular sales and pipeline reports to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to prospect, follow up, handle objections, and close deals.
• Target‑driven with a strong desire to achieve results.
• Good knowledge of the Lagos business environment (advantage).
• Experience selling professional, HR, recruitment, or B2B services (added advantage).

What we offer

• ₦100,000 monthly basic salary.
• Commission up to ₦200,000 based on performance.
• Performance bonus up to ₦150,000 subject to targets.
