About the role

Flinx Realty, a fast‑growing residential real‑estate company in Lagos, is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own and optimise the way its sales team works. You will be responsible for building the processes, data systems and training programmes that enable the team to hit ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Generate weekly performance reports, flag risks early and present insights to leadership.
  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing skill‑building sessions for sales representatives.
  • Document sales SOPs, playbooks and accountability frameworks.
  • Set, track and enforce individual and team targets.
  • Provide one‑on‑one support to reps to close performance gaps.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience working inside a sales organisation.
  • Systems‑thinking mindset with a focus on building sustainable solutions.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret pipeline data and performance metrics.
  • Effective trainer and coach who can translate best practices into actionable guidance.
  • High standards and willingness to have direct performance conversations.
  • Bias for execution – you move quickly and solve problems without waiting for direction.

Required skills

  • CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
  • Data analysis and reporting.
  • Process documentation and SOP development.
  • Training and coaching techniques.
