Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Officer will drive new business acquisition and promote the company's services across digital channels. Reporting to management, the role combines prospecting, client relationship management and the execution of marketing campaigns to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, email marketing, referrals, networking, cold calling and direct outreach.
• Generate qualified leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations and service presentations; follow up to secure conversions.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X and create promotional content.
• Support webinars, training programs, networking events and other promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, sales activities and marketing metrics; provide regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: OND.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales or marketing role.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and meet revenue targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Familiarity with the Lagos market and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
