About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing retail fashion brand, is looking for an experienced Sales Lead to accelerate revenue growth across both physical stores and digital platforms. You will shape the sales strategy, build high‑impact partnerships, and ensure an exceptional brand experience for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business growth objectives.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Manage wholesale accounts and support the expansion of third‑party stockists.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform sales tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and product launches with sales goals.
- Drive growth across retail and digital sales channels while maintaining high customer‑service standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Support the training, development, and motivation of the sales team.
Required profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour and sales analytics.
- Background in business development, wholesale management and partnership building.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales software and digital commerce platforms.
