About the role
We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to join our showroom team in Lagos. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting visual merchandising in a fast‑moving retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customers, greeting them warmly and guiding them through product selections.
- Provide outstanding service by maintaining a friendly and professional environment.
- Ensure uncompromising customer satisfaction through attentive assistance and follow‑up.
- Assist with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and overall showroom housekeeping.
Required profile
- Minimum degree in a related field.
- At least 1 year of sales experience with luxury products.
- Friendly, pleasant, presentable and confident with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking, energetic and a fast learner.
- Basic computer proficiency.
