Sales Executive

About the role

Harcadiax Systems Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive B2B growth in the printing and packaging sector. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media channels.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations and customized proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts while protecting company margins.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data using CRM tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, complaints and support.
• Travel regularly for business meetings and client visits.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven B2B, corporate or industrial sales experience.
• Experience in the printing and packaging industry is strongly preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong client acquisition, relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
