Sales Executive – Financial Services

About the role

Zaradera Credit Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of its financial solutions for households, SMEs and the Proptech sector. Based in Lagos, the role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across households, SMEs and Proptech clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships, presenting and promoting Zaradera’s lending and credit products.
• Conduct prospecting, sales presentations, client meetings and prepare proposals to close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate records in CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service and retention.
• Provide market feedback to support product improvement and overall growth strategy.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse clients.
• Ability to clearly explain financial products with basic knowledge of lending and credit principles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills for pipeline management and reporting.
• Comfort working in a target‑driven environment with resilience and self‑motivation.
• Proficiency in common office and CRM software tools; willingness to learn new digital platforms.
• Prior experience in financial services, banking, micro‑finance or SME sales is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field preferred.
