Sales Executive / Brand Promoter

About the role

Bee Shop is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Brand Promoter to boost its e‑commerce platform across Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for new shoppers, helping them register, navigate the app and make their first purchases while showcasing the company’s 100 % cashback rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Bee Shop online marketplace and drive shopper onboarding in Lagos.
• Guide users through account creation, app navigation and the purchasing process.
• Attend mandatory strategy sessions and a one‑day training at the Ikeja headquarters.
• Educate customers on the 100 % cashback shopping rewards system.
• Collaborate with team leads and corporate speakers to meet weekly promotional targets.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service; entry‑level candidates with strong potential are welcome.
• Resident of Lagos with the ability to commute to Allen Avenue, Ikeja.
• Available for a compulsory one‑day physical orientation.
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and persuasive abilities.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced team environment.
