About the role
CloudPlexo is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Trainee to join its growth engine. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to AI, cybersecurity, and cloud computing markets, allowing you to build a solid foundation in tech sales without a technical degree.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and engage decision‑makers across various industries.
- Qualify leads, uncover buying signals, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline and track activity metrics.
- Collaborate with senior sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Required profile
- Strong drive, resilience, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with frequent rejection and ability to turn conversations into opportunities.
- Interest in technology sectors such as AI, cybersecurity, and cloud services.
Required skills
- AWS (knowledge of Amazon Web Services platform).
