Sales Coordinator – Restaurant & Delivery Operations

About the role

The Sales Coordinator will oversee daily sales operations, manage order processing and coordinate delivery logistics for J‑Six Group’s restaurant outlets in Lagos.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales operations and process customer orders from J‑Six2u direct channels, online portal, and aggregators such as Chowdeck and Glovo.
• Supervise order flow from receipt to fulfillment, assigning delivery routes to internal riders to optimise cost.
• Liaise with restaurant supervisors, dispatch team and cashiers to ensure timely delivery and reconcile POS, cash‑on‑delivery and digital receipts.
• Work with kitchen staff using Product Transfer Notes to verify packaged meals match order tickets and brand standards.
• Monitor product availability, communicate replenishment needs and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly while ensuring compliance with operational procedures.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in QSR operations, logistics management or customer service coordination.
• Ability to remain composed and coordinate dispatch operations under peak‑period pressure.
• Residence around the Ijora axis.

Required skills

• Functional literacy in digital POS backend systems.
• Experience with delivery tracker applications.
• Basic Microsoft Excel data‑entry skills.
• Instant‑messaging group management.
