Sales & Client Experience Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Client Experience Associate to join our showroom team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in clients, guiding them through our furniture and interior design solutions and ensuring a seamless journey from enquiry to project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk‑in clients with professionalism and warmth.
• Identify client needs, recommend suitable furniture and interior design options, and present product features, materials, finishes and customization possibilities.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Keep the showroom clean, organized and visually appealing at all times.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with homeowners, corporate clients, architects, designers, developers, hotels and real‑estate professionals.
• Conduct field visits, networking activities and client presentations to generate qualified leads.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and achieve monthly sales and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development or other client‑facing roles.
• Experience in furniture, interior design, construction, real estate or luxury retail is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, confident and results‑oriented mindset with good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Lagos for client meetings and business development activities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between NGN 70,000 and NGN 150,000.
