Sales and Partnership Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Partnership Executive to drive new business and build strategic relationships for our gifting, events and festive styling services. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, securing corporate clients and managing sponsorship opportunities across Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Research, network and prospect to generate qualified leads.
• Identify and acquire new clients for gifting, events, experiences and festive styling services.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate organisations, schools, communities and strategic partners.
• Source and manage sponsorship opportunities, preparing outreach materials and decks.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations and discovery calls.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and partnership presentations.
• Follow‑up prospects through the sales cycle to conversion and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with Brand & Growth and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
• Track monthly sales targets, revenue goals and report activity to management.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, conferences and business meetings.
• Identify new markets, partnership opportunities and additional revenue streams.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in prospecting, pitching and closing deals.
• Ability to build relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate decision‑makers.
• Excellent presentation and proposal‑writing skills.
• Organisational and reporting competence.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a passion for revenue generation.
