Sales And Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth for Custodian and Allied by acquiring new clients and expanding the existing customer base within the banking, finance and insurance sector. This role combines sales outreach, market research and client relationship management to deliver tailored financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the client portfolio.
• Present and sell customized financial products that meet client needs.
• Build, maintain and strengthen long‑term relationships with customers.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and client reports.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure an excellent client experience.
• Track sales performance and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of a diploma.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Good understanding of financial products and services.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
