About the role
Heirs Insurance Group is seeking a motivated Sales Advocate to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This full‑time hybrid position combines client outreach, relationship building, and the promotion of our diverse insurance portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients across various market segments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Promote and sell Heirs’ range of insurance products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct training sessions and mentor team members to boost sales performance.
- Manage and grow a sales portfolio while ensuring client needs are met with professionalism.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales and sales‑management techniques to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in training and mentoring sales teams.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote tasks.
- Results‑driven attitude with excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
