Retail Franchise Lead

About the role

The Retail Franchise Lead will drive the expansion of our franchise network across assigned regions, ensuring each new outlet aligns with brand standards and delivers strong commercial performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to launch and grow successful franchise stores.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the retail franchise expansion strategy.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified franchise partners.
• Design franchise operating models, including SOPs, pricing discipline, and store operation standards.
• Lead due‑diligence on partner financial capacity, location viability, and operational fit.
• Manage rollout from signing to launch readiness for new franchise outlets.
• Establish performance tracking systems for sales, compliance, stock management, and profitability.
• Provide ongoing operational support and business coaching to franchise partners.
• Monitor outlet performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and marketing teams to ensure franchise success.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards across all franchise locations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in franchise management, retail expansion, or multi‑site operations.
• Strong understanding of FMCG/food retail distribution models (preferred).
• Experience in partner/vendor management and field operations.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
