About the role
The Restaurant Supervisor will lead the overall performance of our outlet, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving sales and delivering an excellent customer experience. This full‑time position is based in Lagos and reports directly to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end restaurant operations.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage staff performance, scheduling, and productivity.
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory, cost control, and wastage.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve escalations.
- Prepare operational and financial reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in QSR or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and business management skills.
- Good understanding of operations, sales, and cost control.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
