About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our Lagos outlet. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving profitability. You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards of service and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
- Recruit, schedule, and manage team members.
- Maintain food safety standards and HACCP compliance.
- Control costs, manage waste, and monitor profit and loss.
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee inventory and POS operations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage service or hospitality.
- OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Based in Lagos with knowledge of local market.
