Registered Nurse/Caregiver (Part-time)

About the role

POINTCARE MEDICAL is seeking a compassionate and competent Registered Nurse/Caregiver to deliver high‑quality home healthcare services in Lekki, Lagos. You will ensure patients receive safe, personalized, and compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing and caregiving services to clients at home.
• Assess, monitor, and document patients’ health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living when needed.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control protocols.
• Escalate changes in patients’ conditions appropriately.
• Uphold professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licence.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home‑healthcare experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused, reliable and able to work independently or collaboratively.
• Resides in Lekki or surrounding areas, or can commute reliably.
