About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in Lagos. The role involves delivering direct patient care, supporting doctors, and ensuring a safe and professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients’ vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Educate patients and families on health, medication, and preventive care.
• Identify and promptly report changes in patient conditions.
• Follow infection‑prevention and control procedures.
• Support admissions, assessments, and discharge processes.
• Respond to emergencies and deliver basic life support when needed.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional clinical environment.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid licence to practice in Nigeria.
• B.NSc or equivalent nursing qualification is an advantage.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior clinical experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and patient‑care focus.
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team.

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Medication administration.
• Patient monitoring.
• Infection control procedures.
