Registered Nurse (Care Home)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in our luxury care home located in Lekki, Lagos. The role focuses on resident-centered care in a serene, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and monitoring.
• Conduct regular health assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, especially those with mobility challenges.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and acute health changes.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide health education and emotional support to residents and families.
• Supervise and mentor junior caregivers when required.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMCN license.
• 2–5 years post‑NYSC clinical experience, preferably in geriatric or elderly care.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Residency in Lagos (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island or surrounding areas preferred).

Required skills

• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification (preferred).
• Medication administration.
