Regional Security Lead (South West)

About the role

Moniepoint Group is looking for a Regional Security Lead to protect its South West offices and assets. You will design and oversee security programs that keep people, equipment, and data safe while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce security policies across all regional sites.
• Conduct regular security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison with law‑enforcement and emergency services.
• Lead investigations of security breaches and incidents, producing factual reports.
• Design and deliver training on safety protocols for staff and security teams.
• Monitor emerging security technologies (e.g., CCTV, access‑control) and recommend upgrades.
• Provide expertise for asset recovery and fraud investigations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading security operations in a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to manage on‑ground security teams and coordinate with external agencies.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation.
