Regional Security Lead (North West)

About the role

The Regional Security Lead will safeguard Moniepoint’s physical offices across the North West region, ensuring a safe environment for employees and assets. You will design and implement security strategies, lead on‑ground teams, and act as the primary liaison with law enforcement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies for all offices in the region.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and propose mitigation measures.
• Supervise, mentor and schedule private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Maintain relationships with police, emergency services and other external partners.
• Lead investigations of security incidents, produce factual reports and recommend improvements.
• Design and deliver training programs on emergency response and personal safety.
• Monitor and recommend upgrades to CCTV, access‑control and other security technologies.
• Provide expertise for asset recovery and fraud investigations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading security operations or a similar function.
• Proven ability to manage security personnel, including private guards and armed police.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian security regulations and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
