Regional Security Lead (North West)

About the role

The Regional Security Lead safeguards Moniepoint’s physical offices across the North West region, ensuring a safe environment for employees and assets. You will design preventive security systems, lead on‑ground teams, and act as the primary liaison with law‑enforcement agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce security policies for all regional offices.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Maintain relationships with law‑enforcement and emergency services.
• Lead investigations of security breaches and accidents, producing factual reports.
• Develop and deliver training programs on safety protocols.
• Monitor and integrate security technologies such as CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Provide guidance on asset recovery and fraud investigations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading security operations.
• Proven ability to manage security personnel, including armed police.
• Experience liaising with law‑enforcement and emergency services.
• Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation.
