Regional Security Lead – North East

About the role

Moniepoint Group is seeking a Regional Security Lead for its North East region. The role is responsible for safeguarding people, assets and office environments, ensuring uninterrupted operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies for offices, staff and equipment.
• Conduct regular security assessments and implement risk‑mitigation strategies.
• Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Liaise with law‑enforcement and emergency services as the primary point of contact.
• Lead investigations of security breaches or incidents and produce factual reports.
• Design and deliver training programmes on safety protocols for security staff and employees.
• Monitor and recommend security technologies such as CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Provide expertise on asset recovery and fraud investigations when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading security operations or teams.
• Proven ability to manage private security guards and coordinate with armed police.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian security regulations and emergency response procedures.
