Regional Security Lead (North East)

About the role

Moniepoint is looking for a Regional Security Lead to protect its North East offices and assets. You will design and run security programs that keep people, equipment and data safe while enabling the business to operate without interruption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor security policies across the region.
• Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities.
• Supervise and mentor private security guards and armed police personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison with law‑enforcement and emergency services.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and produce factual reports.
• Design and deliver training on emergency response and safety protocols.
• Introduce and maintain security technologies such as CCTV and access‑control systems.
• Provide guidance on asset recovery and fraud investigations when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading security operations or teams.
• Proven ability to manage on‑ground security personnel.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with police, emergency services and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting security risk assessments and incident investigations.
