Regional Director – West Africa

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director to lead our West Africa operations from Lagos. The role will shape the growth of our international education business, drive student recruitment, and strengthen our market presence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across West Africa and build high‑performing recruitment and sales teams.
• Develop and execute regional recruitment and business growth strategies, expanding student pipelines through agents, schools and institutional partners.
• Identify new market opportunities, enhance brand visibility and manage key relationships with agents, schools, embassies and other stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, performance reviews and partnership development in close collaboration with marketing and recruitment teams.
• Oversee regional performance, budgeting, operational efficiency and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in international education, recruitment or a multi‑site commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of student recruitment and partnership management.
• Track record of leading teams and delivering growth targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and ability to travel across the region.
• Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field; full working rights in Lagos.
