About the role
You will join the Africa recruiting team in Lagos as a full‑time intern for a 24‑month period. Working closely with recruiters and senior leaders, you will support the end‑to‑end hiring process and help deliver a best‑in‑class recruiting experience.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate on‑campus and in‑office recruiting events, including logistics, room reservations, assessor identification and material preparation.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems, run reports and ensure up‑to‑date application information.
- Communicate interview logistics to candidates, answer general process inquiries and assist with application screening.
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating the recruiting calendar and supporting the hiring of consultants through events.
Required profile
- University degree (or currently enrolled in a degree program).
- Thrives in a high‑performance environment with a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Curious, driven, and eager to learn quickly in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
