About the role
Dynafleet is seeking a Quotation Officer to support its freight forwarding operations in Lagos. The role involves preparing accurate and competitive quotations for various cargo types and collaborating with agents and transporters.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain and prepare competitive quotations for car, container, bulk, import and export cargo.
- Liaise with agents, shipping lines and transporters.
- Monitor market rates, negotiate pricing, and work with Operations to ensure accurate quotations.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding with solid knowledge of shipping and customs procedures.
- Proven experience preparing cargo clearance quotations.
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail.
